Are dogs allowed at Cliff Lakes?
Cliff Lakes is a lovely short (ish walk). The lake joins up with Middleton Lakes Reserve if you fancied a longer route. There is car parking on site and a cafe and toilets (dogs are not allowed inside). If you fancied a pub, you are not too far from the Funky Bear but dogs are only welcomed outside.
How old do you have to be for Cliff Lakes?
All participants must be 6 years and above and must be 1.10m taller. Participants aged 7 years and under should be accompanied by an adult on the Aqua Park in the ratio of 1:3. Participants aged 15 years and under should have an adult onshore.
Do Cliff lakes provide wetsuits?
Yes, wetsuits are all provided within the cost. We have a variety of sizes available to cover the majority of people.
Can you swim at Compton Verney?
The full swim loop at Compton Verney is approximately 600m. Please only attempt to swim full laps if you are confident to do so. There will be a shorter 250m loop available too for those who want/need it. The lake is regularly tested for water quality and blue-green algae.

The swimming baths were opened in 1937 and were built to replace the Victorian in-door swimming baths in Church Street. The outdoor swimming baths closed in 1989 and have now been redeveloped.

Lovely safe slow swimming on the Avon, can be tricky to get in the water at points. Especially good north of the village of Eckington, to the west of the bridge.
