What do mini sessions include?
A mini session is a very short photo session. A normal photo session can include hours of shooting, multiple locations, and 100+ photos to choose from. Minis are all about short times (15-30 min.), a small number of edited photos for the clients to choose, and a lower price. They’re extremely popular for photographers.
How many photos do you get in a mini session?
For a mini-session to be a true mini, it shouldn’t include more than 5 images. This is the biggest hangup I see with photographers when it comes to minis. By including too many images, you’re devaluing your full session and taking away any chance of up-selling the full gallery afterwards (which maximizes your revenue).
