What do you wear for rowing?
For this reason, the best type of clothing for rowing is soft, stretchy, and breathable. Synthetic fabrics such as polypro, CoolMax, or DriFit are ideal. Avoid cotton at all costs; if it gets wet, not only does it not keep you warm, it takes longer to dry.
