How do I cancel a myTNT order?
Cancel a shipment. If you decide to cancel a shipment, it must be done prior to the shipment being accepted by TNT. If TNT has already accepted the shipment, you will need to notify your local TNT office to arrange to have the shipment cancelled.
How do I cancel my TNT booking?
You will need to call the Customer Service department on 13 11 50, quote your order reference number / account number and request the cancellation of the order.
Does TNT ship on weekends?
TNT will deliver on weekends and public holidays, but this service will attract a surcharge. Due to the capacity of certain aircraft, the size & weight of your consignment may vary the expected delivery date/time.
