The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test ( QLTT ) is a conversion test that enables lawyers qualified in certain countries outside England and Wales, as well as UK barristers, to qualify as solicitors.
Is Indian LLB valid in Ireland?
Foreign lawyers can practise in Ireland under their home country title in the law of their home country or public international law. All other lawyers (not qualified in the EU or subject to a reciprocal agreement) must undergo the full qualification process to practise as a lawyer in Ireland.
