What is UNS S31803 material?
UNS S31803 is a duplex stainless steel grade which contains an equivalent 50:50 austenite, ferrite microstructure. The material used to make the UNS S31803 Round Bar combines good mechanical strength and ductility with moderate to good resistance to corrosion in a various environments.
What is the difference between UNS S31803 and UNS S32205?
Generally, UNS S31803 has been solely designated to the Duplex 2205® grade. The only difference in the UNS numbers is that UNS S32205 contains a higher nitrogen content which guarantees better corrosion resistance.
What is uns31803?
General Duplex stainless steel information 2205 is the most widely used duplex (ferritic/austenitic) stainless steel grade. It finds applications due to both excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
What is UNS S32750?
SAF 2507® (UNS S32750) is a super-duplex stainless steel; a high-alloy duplex steel with a PRE value of min. 42*. The grade is characterized by very good chloride corrosion resistance, combined with very high mechanical strength.
What is UNS N06625?
NAS625 (NCF625, UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an additional of niobium. Matrix stiffening provided by molybdenum and niobium results in high strength. The alloy resists a wide range of severe corrosion environments. It also offers resistance to high temperatures.
What is UNS s31603?
Type 316L is a low carbon austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with corrosion resistance similar to type 316 but with resistance to intergranular corrosion following welding.
What is UNS S32760?
UNS S32760 is a duplex stainless steel especially designed for service in aggressive chloride-containing environments and has additions of W and Cu compared to UNS S32750. It has very good resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in combination with high mechanical strength.
What is UNS S31254?
6 Mo (UNS S31254) is a super austenitic stainless steel with a high level of molybdenum and nitrogen, providing high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion as well as high strength compared with conventional austenitic stainless steels such as 316L.
Is Alloy 625 the same as Inconel?
Alloy 625 has excellent fatigue strength and stress – corrosion cracking resistance to chloride ions. INCONEL® 625 LCF is a variant of INCONEL® 625. LCF stands for Low Cycle Fatigue. This means that the alloy has improved cycle fatigue properties and better thermal fatigue resistance.
