Andy started out in the music industry as a huge music lover anyway, coming from a rock background, he organised a rock night on a tuesday evening at his local pub.

Where is the festival taking place? The festival will run from 18 to 19 June 2021, and is being held at Donington Park. The festival has been held annually at Donington Park in England since 2003, Donington Park is situated next to East Midlands Airport.
Can I take a baby to Download Festival?
Children under 5 year old (ages 0-4 years) are allowed at Download Festival for free, and do not require a child ticket, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. 13-15 must purchase an adult ticket and also be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.
Why is it called Download Festival?
The name Download was chosen for the festival for two reasons. Downloading was a dirty word in the music industry at the time, due to file sharing, and rock is seen as a rebellious genre of music. When Download began, it took place on the Donington Park circuit infield as had Monsters of Rock.
