Why is spellbook of Judgement banned?
You can only activate 1 “Spellbook of Judgment” per turn. Now the reason why many people are against this card is because it generates huge plusses (Technically max +7) and capatable of the Jowgen Lock.

Which is better solemn warning or solemn strike?
Solemn Warning is usually strictly better than Strike because it stops so much more. Flip Summons, Normal Summons, and any effect that Special Summons are all capable of being stopped by Solemn Warning. That can even shut down weird stuff like Interrupted Kaiju Slumber, Macro Cosmos, or Starlight Road.
Can you chain block solemn Judgement?
